Frédéric, the Chef, transforms fresh seasonal ingredients into wonderful complex flavours by a combination of imagination, artistry - and hard work in the kitchens of great French chefs, including, Michel Guérard, Alain Ducasse, and Michel Sarran. The cuisine reflects his goal of using the bounty from both land and sea sustainably.

Special occasions, lunches/dinners to celebrate anniversaries or other family/business events, are particularly relaxed and convivial at the Aromate. The Chef is always happy to work with you to produce a meal that fits your requirements and will delight your guests.

Séverine is in charge of the dining room and cellar. She greets guests with a warm smile, handles the reservations, prepares marvellous cocktails, with or without alcohol, suggests wines to complement and enhance each part of your meal, and ensures that your food is perfectly presented.
